Paul Bownas

I am a Vietnam navy veteran, who loves photography and writes poetry. I particularly love landscapes and wildlife. I have had no training whatsoever in either subject, but have won awards for my photos, and have had my poetry published in Australia and also the United Kingdom. I took up both as hobbies in an attempt to help me cope with PTSD

it certainly helps to take my mind off things!
